The important question that I should have asked ask is “is this a natural or a created Emerald?” Most dealers will concede at that point that the Emerald is created; it would not be ethical to present a created Emerald as a natural Emerald. Actually, though technically correct, it is misleading to present a created Emerald as a “real” Emerald, and sellers who do are misleading the public.” Ethical being the operative word.
I have tried to make contact with shop/company who trade under the name of ” BILLY’S Shop” situated in Ziya Rizki Caddesi, No:128 Girne, but no reply. On the Guarantee given to us it states “In the event of a disagreement concerning jewellery between the establishment and customer, the Kusadasi Chamber Commerce is an authorised body can provide expert advice”. Have also tried this organisation and again no reply.
