Reasons for trip

Culture / Sightseeing

We booked and paid one night in advance in February for a property called Viewmount which looked very nice.

When we arrived we were told the room was not suitable and moved to Woodside a few doors down. We were not at all happy with this – it had no garden and was poorly set up – no hook or rail in the bathroom for a towel or clothes, no bin in the living room for tea bags etc, the extractor in the bathroom did not work and the socket on the wall had a hole in the plaster behind it. In addition the television could not be viewed from the bed and was very small and the vertical blinds rattled all night if the window was open for air. The mattress was also too small for the bed frame making it a problem getting in and out of the bed.
