The Longlands says it is an Inn and Restaurant in its literature in the building and this is an accurate description.
Very helpful staff. Large very clean room. Perfectly located for walking the Lancaster Canal and in the Silverdale and Arnside area. Magnificent breakfasts.
There is no lounge. All ground floor space is devoted to restaurant and bar with fairly small seating area. Did not use restaurant but overheard very complimentary comments.
