Reasons for trip

Relaxation

We arrived and had to join a ‘huge’ queue. There was one member of staff on duty. They supplied the wrong booked room as we had requested a twin bedded room with a sea view and received a ‘squalid, dirty, smelly room. We eventually changed it for a ‘pokey, grimey, unloved room with a bath instead of a shower as requested. The staff were disinterested and seemed disillusioned and apethetic with the workload. We visited the bar area and the staff were more than helpful in an environment that was beneath them. They were smart and helpful but I felt that they were ‘flogging a dead horse’ there was no atmosphere at all and you did children and teenagers were just running riot around the place.
