Relaxation

Starting a holiday with a flight in a small airplane from Newquay Airport was a joy. Parking was easy, pre-booked and check-in straightforward. Flight itself very quick with spectacular views of the coastline. Transfers to Hotel very smooth and we packed in a walk on St. Helens after a stroll around St. Mary’s.

Accommodation is in a really lovely setting with a ‘cottage’ style, some have bedrooms and sitting rooms, all en-suite. Very peaceful location, good views and beautiful beaches nearby. Lots of lovely walks if feeling energetic, many fairly flat and easy. Getting in and out of boats relatively easy and staff very helpful. Bags can be left at St. Mary’s quay so if time permits you can explore Hugh Town on the way to/from the Hotel.
Lots of trips to other islands available, but subject to weather and sea conditions so fairly short notice.

Fine dining and good service. Reasonable mobile signal (although not from inside some rooms).
