Tynley Hall is a luxury hotel outside Basingstoke. I am reviewing the gardens only.
The gardens are only open a few times a year. We went in the summer under the National Gardens Open Scheme. The charge was £5 and worth every penny. The gardens are stunning and much bigger than you would expect to find in hotel grounds.
There are amazing water gardens, two lakes, manicured lawns, kitchen gardens, stunning vistas, even a world war two bomb shelter. At the end of the visit you can buy afternoon tea in the restaurant.
Recommended.
