This was our 4th cruise and this was supposed to be a special Xmas cruise. It was like being on a floating Butlins. Silver service gone. Cleaning terrible or non existant. Dress code on black tie nights was not adhered to. People wore what they like. I was served dead mans fingers in a lobster shell. The waiter apologised but left it in front of me and never offered me anything else. Trips were overpriced and some not as advertised. We will never sail with P&O again.
