I have just returned from a cruise on Bolette, Fred Olsen’s new ship and despite Covid I felt very safe. We had to have had both vaccines in order to travel and a lateral flow test before boarding (no cost). We had to wear face masks while moving round the ship but not in restaurants or bars and no masks neccesary on deck. The only downside was that we were only allowed ashore if on a ship excursion which I felt was unfair as some ports of call trips did not interest me and were very expensive. Apart from this it was almost as normal and I look forward to my next cruise with them.
