Late August I spent 5 days at a Warner Festival event at Cricket St Thomas. My first experience of a Warner holiday and it won’t be my last. It was like being on a cruise but on land. It was perfect for my 91 year old dad as he could walk the short distances to the dining room and entertainment locations. The food was excellent, on par with P&O cruises. The entertainment was excellent as well. Because it was a ‘festival’ we had afternoon as well as evening acts to watch, we had 3-5 acts every day plus a 70s disco every evening between acts.
