The Worcester Cathedral is most beautiful and the setting is right beside the River Severn the longest river in England, and it is just at the end of the High Street where there is a statue of Edward Elgar the famous composer. King John is buried in the Cathedral, the architecture is very impressive. There is a very good cafe and the shop has a good range of products. The tower is open sometimes and there are regular guided tours of the building.
