I had the pleasure of attending a ‘Knife Skills’ course at White Pepper Cookery School and it was one of the best things I have ever done!
We started off with a demonstration, then we had our own work station to practice what we had learned.
Back again for another demo and then chance to practice again.
While we were watching the chef, our work stations were cleaned and left ready for the next task. Everything was so smooth and professionally run. It was three hours that I shall remember forever. I could have watched the chef all day, his knife skills were awesome and he is very engaging.
The class was only four people strong so there was plenty of time for asking questions and one to one.
During the course of the evening we each created a meal, which we sat and shared at the end.
I cannot recommend this highly enough and I plan to return for a different course.
