This six hour trip reminded my wife and I of a 1970’s Booze cruise. Loud music, games and people drinking alcohol from 10:00am onwards.
There is a scramble to get on the boat as there is a very limited amount of sunbeds, by the time we had boarded and got to the upper deck all were taken so ended up sitting at a table with hard wooded chairs. Had to go to the lounge to get cushions to sit upon and rest the back.
Also surely for safety’s sake there should be a designated smoking area as people were smoking randomly around the boat.
Whilst the trip wasn’t as expected from the brochure and not to our personal taste we still enjoyed the day. The commentary on the places of interest was amateurish, with comments like you have passed “such a place” and up ahead there is “such a place” and now let’s get back to the music. Maybe if the commentary had been as loud as the music we may have heard more.
Many places were omitted from the commentary including the Sea Caves. I was disappointed with the Blue Lagoon. And the second place for swimming from the boat was Coral Bay, the bay where I live.
The buffet lunch was far better than I expected.
