We have just returned home from this hotel. I can thoroughly recommend it for so many things, primarily for the level of service you receive. The Staff are amongst the most helpful and polite I have ever met. The Hotel itself is spotless, the rooms have all you need, shower gel, shampoo, bidet, television with loads of channels, hair dryer, safe. We were all inclusive, the dining room is pleasant, as soon as you sit down a member of staff comes to you and asks if you want water which they happily pour for you. The food is varied and well cooked. In the daytime if you want to stay round the pool there is a snack bar, which again is very pleasant, and the food better than average. The hotel is in a very quiet part, with the most stunning beach opposite, and if you walk down the main road you will come to a delightful little place, a few shops, the most incredible ice cream parlour, which I visited more than once! The hotel does trips to various places. We had a Taxi to Albufiera twice during our stay, it is about 17 to 20 Euros. Zoomarine is a good place to take children, the dolphin show is special, and the water raft Ride is a must as well, even I went on it and I hate water! lol ….the food there although fast food is much better than I thought. If you have a pizza make it for 2ppl, too much for one! We also had a trip to 'the end of the world' which is very spectacular, take your camera. Portugal has a lot of high rise, concrete everywhere, but if you make the effort to visit places you will find so much to see, something for everyone. We had a lovely holiday.
