The VIK Grand Hotel was ideal location for us visiting friends near Mijas Costa. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre with many restaurants nearby. The hotel has a large pool and sun terrace and sits on the 6km boardwalk which borders the beach. Great location for walking jogging etc. Reasonable priced pool bar and hotel cafe on 1st floor. We had a side sea and pool view with a large room and balcony. In March you can expect quite a large contingent of elderly people at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We got free car parking which was a bonus.
