Reasons for trip

We had the pleasure of staying for 3 nights in the Puri Sunia Resort, Ubud Bali. I will need to leave a separate review for the resort itself which was fantastic, but Ubud is a lovely place. It is the cultural and hippy centre of Bali. We stayed in a fantastic spa resort but hired a driver to take us to a number of temples- elephant cave temple, water temple and we went to to rice terraces and a coffee plantation. Ubud itself is also great for shopping (cheap) and eating out in some amazing restaurants. The food is very good and tasty. The people are so friendly and welcoming too. If it wasn’t so far away, we would go to Bali every year!
