We have been to this holiday parc for the last 3 years, around the same time, and have really enjoyed our stay there. There's lots to do for all the family, with Woolacombe Bay beach a short way off, the parc provides transport to and from there at regular intervals through the day. Twitchen House is part of the 4 parcs at Woolacombe Bay, and you can use the facilities at the other parcs free of charge, increasing the range of activities open to the most particular of holidaymaker. On site facilities include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, both excellent, crazy golf and amusement area for weather challenging days. The staff are helpful and even our budget caravan was only 2 years old, and more than adequate for our needs. There is a shop on site, which I found reasonably priced, and a takeaway restaurant for those lazy days when you dont wish to cook stuff for yourselves. There are stacks of things to see nearby as well with Ilfracombe just 10 mins drive away, and Exmoor national park on the doorstep. Twitchen House was a very relaxing short stay venue for us, and very reasonably priced, I would recommend it to anyone seeking a similar type holiday, and although it's not centreparks, it's great value for money.
