Slapton Sands where famously the road to Dartmouth was washed away. Now repaired and a Road you must take to Dartmouth if you haven’t done it. Scenic coastal views all the way. There is the famous Tank pulled out of the sea & decorated in wreaths. Slapton Ley lies opposite. A nature reserve.

The views from the Restaurant are magnificent of the sea & boats from fishing to pleasure. The beach below is good & long. On the roadside of the Restaurant you seeSlapton Ley.

At the restaurant Fish & chips is a seaside favourite. Although there is everything from tasty salads to coffe & cakes & delicious Salcombe Dairy ice cream. Food is served all day. Good dogs are we,come.

There is also a Balcony Apartment with a view to die for. Sleeps 4 in two en-suite rooms.”more details & photos”:https://torcrossboathouse.com/. Dog friendly so ideal for walking along the beach. Plenty of car parks. Wonderful walking at Start Point Lighthouse nearby. River trips in Dartmouth & good restaurants.
