Toby Carvery at Hilsea on Copner Rd, Portsmouth. Visited for a roast. A lovely restaurant. Got a seat though we did not book on a very busy evening. Service was good and the food looked great. We both had Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, of which there many. Including a giant Yorkshire pudding. The choice of meat was Roast Turkey, Roast Beef, Roast Pork and Roast Gammon. Veg : Roast potatoes – two types, Mashed potatoes, Cauliflower, Peas, Carrots, Green beans and a few more . Lots of stuffing. Variety of gravies and sauces. All in all a very good roast meal and great value for money. Would recommend this place for sure.
