We found Thoresby Hall an excellent hotel. The only disadvantage was that the bedrooms were quite a way from the main facilities for anyone with mobility problems, although the walk was all undercover. The food was excellent, well served, with a wide variety of dishes. The entertainment was also excellent- the resident team were brilliant singers, dancers and actors. Their costumes were spectacular and compared well with the West End shows. There was always something to do in the daytime if you wanted to take part e.g. quiz, bingo,skittles, ,curling, films,darts, snooker, walks or talks, swimming, spa etc. If you book another holiday while you are there you get a very good discount.
