Very good hotel and facilities, always go for a historic room. We had room 813 lovely views comfy large bed, nice. Food was good blue grill an interesting experience.
The spa experience 30gbp for 2 not so good. Paid up we were shown changing rooms and told, “the details of each experience are on a plaque outside the doors” then left to it. Hydro pool was crowded, steam vapour room ok, sauna ok, no sign of foot spa or hammamem treatment. We used the swimming pool for about an hour, as we were staying we could have used it anyway. Don’t waste your money on the 2 hour spa experience. Inadequate amount of lifts.
