Travelled with Tui Airways on a flight from Paphos to Birmingham on the 21st February which can only be described as the worst flight ever caused by a family with five children. The nightmare started as soon as they boarded the aircraft with the mother of the children swearing and shouting at them. We had the parents with two small children behind us and directly opposite them were the other three children of various ages. We endured the next four and half hours of shouting, screaming, fighting, standing on seats and the two children behind us constantly kicking the backs of our seats. The man sitting on the end of our row complained more than once but the stewardesses did nothing to rectify the problem. To make matters worse the parents had changed nappies and just left them in the toilet sink. At one point the three children were left totally unsupervised as the parents decided to curl up in their seats and take a nap. People three rows in front of us were complaining about the noise that’s how loud it was. I think it was disgraceful the way the staff just ignored the problem instead of having a quiet word with the parents about their inability to control their children.
