Wow, what a turn around I think Thomas Cook Airlines have made.

I flew from Bristol to Bulgaria in June this year. The flight crew were very smart and very friendly and efficient. When the pilot/co pilot left the flight deck there was always a member of the cabin crew in the cockpit area which was very reassuring.

The plane was clean and everything was working and they put on a good film for the journeys to and from Bulgaria, which helped with the boredom.

The aircraft, cabin crew, and flight crew were a credit to Thomas Cook.

The pilot kept us informed of our journey to where we were and when we would be arriving at our destination. I would always try and travel with Thomas Cook now.

I had an all day breakfast meal deal which was hot and very tasty, even the coffee was good.
