Reasons for trip

My partner and I have flown twice with Thomas Cook in 2017 once in May to Turkey and to Gran Canaria in November. We don’t usually have food on short haul flights but Thomas Cook were doing a ‘3 for 2’ deal (buy extra leg room/book seats and extra luggage capacity ..get food free) so we opted for this. I need to be gluten free and on every order form it was stated “gluten free”. On EVERY flight there was no gluten free food available! I asked to see their paperwork and there it was for all to see but had not been put on the flight. On each outward flight the stewards said they would make sure I had it for the return journey but this never happened. After the May flights I tackled Thomas Cook about it and after an initial offer of reimbursing me for the two non gluten free meals (not acceptable to me) they gave me a £50 voucher against another Thomas Cook product! As I had booked our November flights with them the £50 was taken off those. After our November holiday I again contacted Thomas Cook and the same happened £50 off another product. I wasn’t happy because my question…” how can I make sure I receive gluten free food on any subsequent flight?” was never answered!
