I booked this hotel after reading many reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed! The hotel arranged to collect us on arrival at the airport for a free transfer and from the moment we stepped inside the hotel the staff couldn't do enough for us. We were seated in the reception area and given lovely fresh orange juice and turkish delight whilst the receptionist gave us information about the hotel and told us to treat the hotel as our home for the next five days. The receptionist upgraded our room booking and gave us free of charge a lovely chocolate cake and red wine as a celebration of our wedding anniversary. They arranged sightseeing tours, a visit to a hamman and the taxi back to the airport. The hotel was beautifully decorated and breakfast was served on the roof terrace from which you could view the Blue Mosque. There was a good selection of breakfast treats also. We would certainly stay there again and cannot recommend the hotel too highly.
