Enjoyed a two night stay in balcony sea view room as a prize with Visit Eastbourne survey. Very pleasant welcome and managed to check in early. The room was very spacious with a queen sized comfortable bed. Side cabinets and sideboard unit with a large mirror and flat screen TV. Wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Room safe, tea/coffee making facilities but no refrigerator.

Two comfortable armchairs and coffee table.modern bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. The balcony contained two chairs and outstanding views to the beach and pier. Plenty of on street parking in bays for £1 a day. The normal good choice of breakfasts, I had cooked both days and it was very tasty. Also had lunch in the bar and evening meal in the restaurant both were excellent and reasonable prices.
