I stayed here with my family in May and we had a lovely time. The suites are superb. We had a two bedroomed suite which actually could sleep six because there was a sofa bed in the lounge. There were three full bathrooms in the suite.
I have given it a three star rating not because of the rooms or the staff (all, without exception, polite and attentive), but because the whole resort is built on a hill. There are slopes to go everywhere, and the suites are built on two floors. I spoke to them before we travelled regarding my mobility issues, and was assured that there would be no problems. They have no lifts at this resort. I took my time, moving around the resort, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who walks with crutches as I do.
If you want a quiet holiday this is a lovely place to stay. There is a pool and the suites are arranged around it.
A café/bar is on site too but I think food is limited there – there are many good restaurants in Los Cristianos, however.
The evening entertainment was average and not every night. But I think in peak season they may up their game.
This resort is on a large site comprising three resorts and all the facilities are available to visitors no matter which resort they are staying at. I think perhaps the other two resorts may be more lively.
The staff at reception will book trips around Tenerife for you.
There is a courtesy bus to take you to the beach which runs every hour.
