The word “pub” doesn’t really describe or do justice to this establishment. It’s a cider house first and foremost. There is a range of ciders available from the cask and some less-well-known real ales. It reminded me of the Newton Abbot Cider Bar!
It’s not the most comfortable of hostelries, but great if you like the more traditional kind of drinking house, especially if you want to get away from the modern-day pub that comes with mass-produced beers, fast foods, music and sport on tv!
