Down beach road to the beach and go right walk a short distance and you see The Southern Deck. We had never tried It before but decided to give it a go. It has the usual sun beds and parasols on the beach, but the shack itself in many ways is not your usual shack for Benaulim. It’s very clean and the toilets for a beach shack are very good. The menu here is also quite different offering a different selection to most places, though some items a little more expensive but well worth it. They also have a garden area with seating at the back which looks like the owner is extending. As a bonus they have a pool table. Very nice staff completed the day. A place to visit again.
