Just before the second ‘lockdown’ we enjoyed a country pub lunch with friends just outside Petersfield in Hampshire.
The parking facility is great, just off the A272 with plenty of outside terrace and garden area.
The Seven Stars has traditional character and charm and can boast that Jude Law was one of its more famous guests. The pub was extended into the adjacent barns in 2003, doubling its size.
We were safely seated upon arrival, with appropriate Covid awareness and procedures in place.
There was a good choice on the menu at reasonable prices and the service was good.
We had an enjoyable experience and would certainly return.
