A few miles west of Cambridge (you need a car to get here) this family-run restaurant has great food from an award winning chef. It is not cheap and you can wait a while for your food but it is cooked fresh and is worth waiting for. As well as a delicious range of main meals there are lighter lunches and a range of pizzas and ciabattas. (The family also runs Don Pasquale Italian restaurant in Cambridge so the Italian offerings are authentic)
It is in an attractive old building, stylishly modernised and with excellent wheelchair access. The staff are very helpful with my elderly mother and the disabled loo is easily accessible, spacious and clean.
In the summer there is a large garden and a terrace for dining.
Open every day noon till 11pm (last food orders 9.30pm)
