We stayed at this hotel whilst on a trip to the Theatre. The room was bright and quite large and we had a very good bathroom (with a bath). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, getting me earl grey tea for the room and generally good all around.

Parking is included in the room rate – a plus in such a busy city centre and the location is very good, just by Lime St Station so ideal for rail travellers.

Our only problem was the level of noise from traffic such as police cars with sirens and also the collection of glass bottles at 6.30 am on a Saturday morning! The room was too warm to close the window so air conditioning would definately improve this hotel.
