Based at a crossroads in North Oxfordshire, feels like a charmless back of beyond. Clean, simple and overpriced. Full of travelling workmen. Sweet staff all trying hard. Would we stay there again, probably not! Although big beds, clean, linens fine. Furniture and decor very dated. And seemed dark everywhere.
