This must be the best hotel we have stayed at. It is family run. The rooms overlook the Loch and comfy chairs are placed at the window with binoculars are provided to enable you to observe the wildlife. There is a super conservertory also with binoculars supplied around the window ledges. Downstairs consists of a choice of smaller rooms with lots of books, jigsaws and games, enough to please everyone and allow for a relaxed stay especially if weather poor. Every room including the public toilets downstairs is immaculated and extremely well decorated with a fatastic collection of paintings etc. The breakfasts are amazing as is the evening meal, top class food, service and presentation. There is complimentary sherry before dinner and complimentary tea or coffee during the day along with home made cakes including gluten free. The bedrooms are really lovely quite large, with a super size bed, electric blankets are provided also a small fridge which if like me prefer a cold drink on waking, allows the drink to stay chilled. The grounds are fantastic, well tended with seats placed around allowing great views plus a one can have a go at putting! The stafff are super nothing too much trouble. We will certainly go back as many of the guests appear to do regulars! Most of the guests are of 'mature years' Just the place to relax. FANTASTIC.
