We seem to be unfortunately finding ourselves in only being able to supply poor reviews at the moment – what on earth is happening to this service industry? Or are we in the wrong place at the wrong time?

We travelled 100 miles each way, the same day, to celebrate my grandaughter’s 18th birthday. All I can say is please do not go there and leave these few words of our experience. Bar swimming in liquids, food served intermittently to guests, all were cold on delivery. Waitress service absolutely beyond words – training seriously needs to be given all round. Will NOT be returning.

And to simplify the manager’s acceptance of the situation: the whole meal for eight of us, from starter, main, drinks, etc. went unpaid for.
