We spent one night here in a splendid suite looking into the Grasslands NP. Ken and Johanna were excellent hosts and very willing to give help and advice. I had many long, detailed and helpful emails from Ken before we arrived
The Crossing is situated just of the Grasslands Ecotour route and Highway 4 just south of Val Marie in a very quiet and peaceful, elevated position with excellent views. It is a long building. Ken and Johanna live downstairs and let out two upstairs flats which look out over the grasslands.
It was a large pleasant room/kitchenette, with a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. There is a hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffeemaker and a good assortment of pots and pans. Breakfast packs can be bought if you wish.
There are also camping facilities available.
Highly recommended.
