We have just spent 2 glorious weeks staying at the Club Barbados.
This is an adults only resort.
Our accomodation was very good & we looked out on the beautiful gardens and pools. There was lots of shade provided by the many trees & sun umbrellas.
The staff were just wonderful, always smiling and ready to help.
We thoroughly enjoyed the water sports, which was part of the all inclusive.
I had never been on a boat smaller than a car ferry before, so I was a bit apprensive about my first boat trip. I need not have worried as the trip turned out to be fabulous; what a lovely way to see the island.
I became hooked on the water, some days I had three trips. The fishing trips caused a lot of excitement as guest wanted to know how many fish were caught.- this proved to be a great talking point & it helped guests to get to know one an other.
Early evening was spent watching the magnificent sunsets, while we sipped our chilled drinks & listening to the waves before getting ready for dinner.
The food choice was excellent, catering for both International & Barbadian cuisine; one could never be hungry here.
There was a variety of entertainment throughout our stay. The Piano Bar stayed open until 2am.
The new owners are quietly making lots of improvements to the resort, which will only enhance the enjoyment of guests .
We can hardly wait to go back to Club Barbados for our next holiday; I could make it my home.
I left my heart in Club Barbados.
