This is my second stay here and I have to say that I am still very impressed by The Adams. The welcome, the bedroom, and the facilities cannot be faulted. The owners present a professional but personal image and are readily to hand without being in one's face. The bedroom I have been allocated this time, room 1, appears to have been recently refurbished. It is quite a large room with a very well appointed modern en-suite with his and hers sinks, a large bath with over-shower. The usual facilities are provided in the bedroom including tea/coffee, TV, DAB clock radio with iPod dock. In addition a selection of magazines and books are provided in the room and also a very reasonably priced mini-bar. There is a residents bar and lounge area . Decor is lovely throughout, with quirky touches such as teddy bears dotted around the different areas. There is free wi-fi throughout. If and when the weather improves there is a large garden to sit in. There is also free ample parking. In a quiet area, but close to the centre of Leamington via a walk over the river and through the park and also close to the rail station, the hotel could not be better situated. The added bonus is an excellent breakfast. I highly recommend this establishment.
