I have dined at this restaurant twice in the past few months for dinner and it has exceeded expectations both times. The previous incarnation was in the Cathedral neighbourhood of Regina and it was a place I always knew I could go for lunch with friends who had restricted diets due to gluten intolerance. It has since moved to my neighbourhood in the southeast of the city and remains a solid go to place. It is in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. However, don’t let the location put you off. The ambience and service are high end and worth checking out. I made our reservation on line but you can also call to book.
Most recently a friend and I enjoyed the Citrus Wild Rice Salad that has organic Saskatchewan wild rice and basmati with peppers, orange, cranberry, pecans and citrus lime dressing for $14.00. We also both opted to add a grilled natural chicken breast for $5.00. It was delicious and left room to try one of their decadent desserts: my friend had the Dulce de leche crème brulee for ($7.00) and I had the feature cheesecake which was gingerbread for ($8.00). The wine list is quite extensive and we each had a glass with our meals.
