This really is a beautiful church, and is well worth a look if you are in Thirsk. We were treated to a talk, on our visit, by a very knowledgeable guide. This perpendicular gothic church is over 500 years old, and is just steeped in history. On our visit there was some wildlife art and photography on display by two talented teenagers, and this work is highly recommended. Their names are Nathaniel Dargue & Amy Smith. Two stars of the future, and well worth checking out.
