We were staying at the Travelodge but weren’t keen on their recommended breakfast venue which was on the adjoining industrial unit, but were really pleased to find this cafe where the breakfast was truly excellent and great value. It adjoins the station building, and there is a small car park outside. You can enjoy the railway memorabilia and look onto the platform and the Ffestiniog Railway. We would have like to return for an evening meal but ran out of time, they have an outside area if the sun is shining and a clean cafe style interior. But the star of the show is the friendly service and excellent cooking.
