Advertised as a relaxing all inclusive spa resort, we found it difficult to really relax at this hotel. It claimed to be 4 stars but was closer to 2 stars in my opinion. On the plus side, the freeform pools were large and nice to swim in, the swahili style restaurants were nice, as was the beach and indiand ocean, and the daily sports/ activcities had a Hi di Hi campness fun to them. On the negative side, you were penned in to the resort compound as the local beach boys pestered you from the moment you left the beach sunbeds till you swam into the surf, the food was bland and mass produced, the hotel rooms were square and plain, the beauty saloon people did several tours a day around the pool to sell you their various beaty treatments.
