Reasons for trip

Relaxation

We spent a week here after some sunshine and found it had everything we needed.
The staff were great and reception were always helpful.

We stopped over half board, the dining hall has no reservations system, you are seated as you arrive which didn’t seem to be a problem as it is quite large.
The food was good, a good choice of Spanish food, the usual UK type foodstuffs were also available if wanted.

There is a griddle which supplied fresh cooked fish and meats. Drinks are paid for at the table or on a tab which is set up through reception. There is free WiFi throughout the hotel. There is a small paddling pool and playground for children and a larger pool with bar. The prices didn’t seem to silly.

Whilst we were there, although it was only the start of the season and everything wasn’t up and running, we found that there was entertainment on most nights if wanted. This ranged from dancing to audience participation. There are a number of bars which also sell snacks and vending machines in several areas.

There is a spa, gym, indoor pool, games room and computers if needed too. The rooms were comfortable and had good air con.

This hotel is handy for Port Aventura which is a 10 minute walk away, if you don’t feel up to the exercise, the hotel also lays on a free bus service. There are lifts and ramped access if needed.

All in all a pleasant stay and one we would return to.
