This was our 3rd stay at the hotel prior to catching an early morning flight from Terminal 5. Staying here makes the business of being on time for a flight which involves the M25 stress free as the hotel is connected directly to the terminal – an easy 5 min undercover walk.
We have always found the staff here very friendly and the rooms are very quiet and a decent size. We have had a couple of meals in the restaurant and enjoyed both. They are a reasonable price for the standard of hotel. (We have found it cheaper to book the hotel through an internet booking site rather than direct but this may not always be the case.)
Our only minor niggle is that the luggage trollies are not at reception when you check out – we collect one from near the walkway to T5 and then take it to our room.
