We recently stayed at the Sheraton, Costa Adeje, Tenerife. What a beautiful hotel, staff were exceptional, down to our maid finding 100 Euros we had lost which she returned, she couldnt speak a word of English and wondered why we were offering her a large tip!! We were half board, food was fab, although hubby started to get itchy feet about eating somewhere else, we did and it was rubbish. Three large pools, all manned by lifeguards, so there was no problem about letting your kids go as they were closely guarded, and towards the end of the evening would play pool games with them. There is a kids club which i heard was very varied, my kids are 14,12 and 10 so a wee bit old. There was entertainment on every evening after dinner on a beautiful big terrace with view of pools and sea. We went to Siam Park, abouth 10 mins in a taxi, a large park with fantastic water slides, for young and old. There is a manmade beach with loungers and umbrellas, it gets very hot! listen out for the horns as this means the LARGE waves are coming! such good fun, take care of the little ones though. All in all a fantastic place, hotel and holiday!
