8 of us, i.e. 4 of the Portsmouth Shantymen group + WAGS , travelled from Gatwick to Strasberg where we were met and taken to the first hotel . We had an evening there, found a great pub plus food inn a weird restaurant bfore being picked up the next day by a geat couple , Klaus and Claudia who were organising the shanty festival – they drove us all around showing us views, taking us all over, they were so kind.
The concert the next day was great , the group were on form as usual.
A good time was had be all.
