We used this hotel as part of a tour but it would be a good base to use for a city break. Like everything in Norway it was clean and everyone spoke English. We had breakfast which was fine and walked and walked. You can organise tours booking through the hotel but it is lovely just to stroll to the harbour and take in the museums etc. There is a minibus transfer from the airport but there is a bit of a walk once you get off.
