1' hotel good, 2' staff nice and friendly, 3' rooms clean and well cleaned every day, manager very helpful and honest. But the room security is non existent out of 11 men on a retirement party 8 had they rooms robbed. The police took statements and interviewed staff to no avail. Two days later the same thing happens again, this time the safe had been opened, it seems everyone has the pass code on the staff, police came to visit no joy again. Two days to go and yes it happens again. The manager tried to stop this but to no avail. We left Thailand 1,800 pounds and 5 phones lighter. SO BEWARE.
