At last a longed for experience, a river cruise. Picked this one because “many years ago” from school we went on a 10 day trip costing £25, visited 5 countries, mainly a stay in the Black Forest Germany. I have never forgotten it. I picked this Rhine River Cruise because it included 3 nights in a hotel high up in the forest and a trip from there to Hohenzollern castle (all turrets and spires) amazing visit. We were on the ship 5 days with only 125 passengers age 50 plus so it was very friendly, passengers and all staff. My husband and I would love to river cruise again.
