I have been a regular Ryanair flyer on a fairly regular basis for about 6 years.
I am used to their system for booking flights and travelling, and in my view, you just have to ‘get into the zone ‘ for the Ryanair flight experience and you won’t be disappointed.
It usually goes well, but on occasions, there are delays and I have experienced cancellations, usually weather related.
I know Ryanair often gets a bad press, but I am of the view this airline provides an acceptable service. It is what it is.
I would add that most times, the flights are full. I will also be happy when Ryanair properly enforce their luggage size restrictions from next year, as passengers taking over the limit luggage seriously delay boarding and consequently take off.
Additionally, Ryanair have recently began refitting/upgrading the inside of their aircraft.
