Reasons for trip

Personal attention is completely lacking. Everything is geared towards the passenger doing all the work.

To check in a bag you actually do it all yourself! when you weigh it, answer the questions, wait for the ticket luggage tag being printed then carry it to the desk???

On the return flight (from Eindhoven, it was worse. everything done. for families going on holiday with 4 bags it must be a nightmare. At the airport, they announced the boarding, we then got to the departure lounge where we waited for 30 minutes, then walked about 300m in the rain to the plain where it took off about 45 minutes late.

The flight is just a cheap and nasty continuous sell where really no one was interested.

As usual on arrival there was no direct access to the terminal. down rickety steps then climb up to the terminal where we waited 34 minutes for our suitcase to show despite no other flights being in at the same time!

I felt sorry for older people and parents with small kids, all in all, not to be repeated, I would rather pay other for a minimum of service.
